Business Manager

What will your missions be as a Business Manager at Coengi?

Build your team of consultants.

You conduct job interviews and hire engineers to form your team of consultants. It is through them that you will be able to support your clients in their projects. It is important to note that, in general, a Business Manager supervises a team of 10 to 12 consultants after one year of experience.

Build your client portfolio related to the business activity that interest you.

You meet potential clients to identify project opportunities for your consultants. In this way, you grow your business by ensuring the follow-up and success of these projects, in close collaboration with your clients.

Develop and implement a financial and operational Business Plan. A true manager!

You create and oversee your own business (intrapreneur). You define the development strategy for your scope, taking into account growth sectors and the profitability of your activity.

Manage, unite and develop your team.

As a manager, you support your team every day. You ensure the progression of their careers, making sure their goals are met and that their training and development are tracked so they can move on to increasingly demanding projects.

Share your knowledge: coach and recruit your Business Manager team.

You are responsible for recruiting and mentoring Business Managers to support them in their success, sharing your expertise in the field. Knowing how to motivate, pass on knowledge and guide are essential qualities for becoming a great coach! In general, our Business Managers become coaches between 12 and 24 months after joining.
