What does the job of a consultant involve ?

As a consultant, you will dive into a fast-evolving industrial landscape, gaining exposure to stimulating projects. This role allows you to apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to propose innovative solutions for various challenges.

What are the types of projects you will carry out as a consultant ?

You will collaborate with a wide range of industrial clients, including both SMEs and large corporations, while developing your skills and shaping your career path. The position offers opportunities to work across multiple industries, engage in high-value projects, and operate on an international scale.

Typically, the projects you manage will last about one year.

 

Coengi supports you as a Coengineer

You won’t work alone. Our supportive teams will ensure your continuous skills development and personal growth within Coengi. You will stay in close contact with your Manager, who will oversee the progress of your projects, help address challenges, and regularly organize events to foster engagement and development.

Business Engineers

What will be your missions as a Business Engineer at Coengi ?

Your responsibilities as a Business Engineer at Coengi will be :

Build and Lead Your Team of Consultants.

Conduct job interviews and hire talented engineers to frorm your team of consultants. Your team will be instrumental in supporting client’s projects. Typically, a Business Engineer supervises a team of 10-12 consultants after one year of experience.

Develop a Client Portofolio in Your Areas of Interest.

Identify project opportunities by meeting with potential clients. Expand your business by ensuring sucessful project execution and maintaining strong client relationship.

Create and Implement a Business Strategy while Managing Your P&L.

Act as a true manager by crafting a financial and operational business plan. Oversee your own « intrapreneurial » business unit, focusing on growth, profitability, and alignment with booming sectors.

Manage, Motivate, and Develop Your Team.

Provide daily support to your team members as a manager. Ensure their professional growth by monitoring their goals, training, and project assignments, helping them advance to more challenging opportunities.

Coach and Recruit New Business Engineers.

Take responsability for hiring and mentoring future Business Engineers. Share your expertise, motivate your team, and guide them to success. Most Business Engineers transition into coaching roles within 12-24 months of starting.

Business partner

What will be your missions as a Business Partner at Coengi ?

As a Coengineer, your objectives will be to attract and federate a team of talents.

Are you looking for an internship or a work-study program (Bac +3 to Bac +5) ?

Join us as a Business Partner and seize the opportunity for professional growth. This position allows you to contribute to a Business Unit’s expansion by engaging in diverse responsibilities across recruitment, human resources and commercial domains.

1. Develop Recruitment Strategies
   • Design and implement recruitment plans aligned with the commercial growth of your sector.
2. Drive the Recruitment Process
   • Manage all stages of recruitment for consulting engineers to meet client needs including :
     • Selecting top talent
     • Conducting preliminary interviews
     • Proposing salaries
     • Finalizing contracts
3. Build and Maintain Candidate Networks
   • Establish a robust network of candidates to proactively address future client demands.

Training and Developement

This role serves as a stepping stone to becoming a Business Engineer. You will work closely with experienced Business Engineers and receive training to build expertise in :

1. Sector Analysis and Client Needs
   • Gain Insights into your industry and the specific requirements of our clients.
2. Strategic Planning and Client Engagement
   • Learn to organize client meetings and create tailored business strategies for your area of activity.
3. The Business Process
   • Acquire hands-on experience in every aspect of the business cycle.

Future opportunities :

Upon completing your internship or work-study program, you may transition to a permanent position at Coengi. Depending on your profile and preferences, you can evolve as a Business Engineer or pursue a career in recruitment.
