Your Mission:

• Analyzing existing production processes and proposing improvements.
• Developing manufacturing ranges and defining work methods.
• Optimizing production flows and cycle times.
• Participating in the implementation of new production lines and selecting equipment.
• Collaborating closely with project teams and clients to ensure the efficiency of methods.
• Keeping up with technological advances to propose innovative solutions.

Your Profile:

• A Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Methods, or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in methods engineering, ideally in a consulting environment or continuous improvement projects.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) and production management software (ERP).
• Teamwork skills, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Autonomous, dynamic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
